My N/Mo Competition Arenas Build
OK... After playing this build at the Competition Arenas, I discovered that it totally owns. Heres the complete build for you all ^^
ITEM
Collectors Cruel Staff [get it from outside Augury Rock]
ARMOUR
Ragged Scar Pattern [+1 to Blood Magic]
Tormentors Tunic of Minor Soul Reaping
Arm Scar Pattern of Minor Vigor
Tormentors Leggings
Tormentors Boots of Superior Blood Magic
SKILL POINTS
Blood Magic: 16 (+1(Scar),+3 (Sup Rune))
Soul Reaping: 10 (+1 (Minor Rune))
Smiting Prayers: 9
SKILL BAR
Awaken the Blood
Shadow Strike
Vampiric Gaze
Vampiric Touch
Unholy Feast
Balthazar's Aura
Mark of Subversion
Offering of Blood [E]
WHAT TO DO
Basically, do these skills in order. Awaken the Blood raises your Blood Magic to level 18, making all the other Blood skills awesome. Start off with Shadow Strike, dealing 110 damage, and giving 55 of that to you. You probably won't need the extra HP, but the 110 damage is very handy. Spam Vampiric Gaze about 2-3 times, then use Offering of Blood, which at this point, gives around 21 Energy. Run in to your target and use Vampiric Touch and Unholy Feast, which takes 43 HP from all adjacent foes. You might need to use Offering of Blood here. Use Balthazars Aura, if your target isn't dead, while spamming Gaze and Touch.
Mark of Subversion is extremely handy here. Your team should automatically target the enemies monk, so the above would probably be used on him. When either he OR another enemy is at low health, use Mark of Subversion to stop the monk from using a skill in the next 10 seconds, and if he uses a healing skill, it will be cancelled, and you will take 90+ HP from him, thus causing the monk to kill himself, hopefully.
Repeat this with every other enemy, and you should do great ^^ If you have any questions, my IGN is Garoth Isildar. Hope this helps

hi, I'm his brother, and I was watching the build the other day. Works surprisingly well, considering most healing monks are stupid and rely on themselves to heal themselves... because of this fact, as soon as they see low HP on them, you see "Orison of Healing" used, or something similar. Makes this build funny to watch. Doesn't always work out well, if theres a mesmer or W/Mo it can be tricky to damage and not die, but makes for a hell of a good damage/heal combo.

as an avid interupter, i'd say this build probably would pass the interupt test. Most of those spells have little cast time (i said most), so they're harder to interupt. A couple of things though:
Your build gets burned if your awaken the blood fails to work.
Bathazars Aura is a long pointless spell that won't help you much. They'll just run away. Holy strike would be a good little trick, but its up to you.
If you "spam Vampiric Gaze", You'll waste quite a bit of your awaken the blood time. I'd think you'd want to hit your target with your powerful touch attacks ASAP, then as they run away, proceed to wail away with powerful attacks.
Besides that, Me likes.

^^ blasphemer.
When I play my Mo/Me I always have Hex Breaker and Inspired Hex with me... Hex Breaker is so spammable it's insane, so you might want some disrupt coordination from a team mate...

Can you please elaborate on the Awaken the Blood comments? He's just using it to buff his blood spells for a bit of extra damage. If he loses AtB, Shadow Strike will still do 100 damage, and VG will do 63 damage.
Furthermore, AtB can be maintained continously at 18 blood.
I don't understand your comments.

Exactly Carinae, AtB is used just to do more damage, it isnt required. He uses Balths Aura to do good damage to Warriors that try and kill him, so that he doesnt die as quickly, and can focus on 1 player, not trying to save himself from the Warrior.

Is the extra damage you get out of AtB worth it? I don't feel it is....you would be better of taking something else in that slot to help keep you alive. Plus you wont sacrifice as much health when you do Offering of Blood without AtB on. I would take Dark Pact for another quick spam damage spell or if you don't want to loose the health...Life Syphon to heal and hurt. I also think Unholy Feast is a waste since in most cases you won't get to hit multiple targets, or at least when you need the big health boost from it there will probably just be 1 target around. If your gonna get close with touch type attacks I would think about Enfeeble or something from curses to cut warrior damage to you somewhat.
